Enclose, please find Ombudsman of the Republic of Serbia opinion from January 11, 2012. In this opinion, Ombudsman adopted Judges' Association of Serbia Complaint submitted on December 15, 2011. regarding illegal and illegitimate work of the High Judicial Council.
