    In a situation when major endeavors in the judiciary have been initiated and implemented (new judicial package of laws; reduced number of judges, prosecutors, courts and public prosecution offices; reelection of all judges and public prosecutors; introduction of the new judicial network; legal protection of non elected judges and prosecutors in current proceedings before the Constitutional Court; initiatives to the Commissioner for Information and Personal Data Protection, Republic Ombudsman, etc.) Peer-to-Peer project aims at timely interaction of the members of two professional associations (Association of Judges and Association of Public Prosecutors), strengthens relations between branches of two Associations and between branches and leadership, and ensures exchange of professional opinion that will result in providing more appropriate solutions. more...
